Pizza balls

I love pizza, pasta and all things Italian and these pizza balls are no exception. They are quick and easy to make and taste great. So here is the recipe:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Coat a pan with olive oil. Let the dough rest outside the fridge for 20 minutes. Take a golf ball size piece of it then flatten it with your hand and place the wanted ingredients in the middle. You can experiment with the filling in order to get many different tastes. Seal it around the fillings and place in the dish seam side down. Repeat till you have no more dough or till you have reached the desired quantity (I made 12).  Coat each ball with olive oil then sprinkle basil, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese, to taste. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the balls are golden brown.  Serve with pizza or marinara sauce. Bon apetit!

  • Yellow, Feta and Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Bacon
  • Kalamata olives, halved
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Garlic
  • salt and  pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping
