Norwegian salmon with mashed peas

Norwegian salmon

Mashed peas

I haven’t done this in a while and decided to treat my family on Saturday night. I kind of invented the recipe and it is one of my specialties.  I hope you’ll enjoy it.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the salmon cutlets in a baking sheet. Season them with squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, sugar, garlic and rosemary. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 min. Remove the tin foil and bake for 10 more min or till the salmon is golden brown.

that’s how it would look like

yummy

For the mashed peas you need to heat butter in a pot. Then add the frozen peas and some water. Simmer for 10 min,  stirring often. Put the peas in a bowl, add some parsley, dill and salt and mash with a blender. Arrange with fresh parsley. Bon apetit!

so tasty
