Friday finds: Unplugged

I’ve always loved live music and I try to go to as many concerts I can. I’ve even went to a few on my own 😀 For a while now I’ve playing a few sets on repeat almost every day. So instead of sharing links, this Friday I decided I’d like to share the music that makes my hairs stand up and reaches the deepest parts of my being.

I’ve seen some of my favorite bands but it’s too bad I won’t be able to see Alice in Chains in their original state. Nirvana’s case is kind of the same. The only difference is that Alice in Chains is hands down my favorite band and Nirvana have never been on top of my list but their Unplugged set definitely is number 3 on this one. My only hope stays with Pearl Jam. Until then, I can always experience these:

Rock and grunge Saturday

Mike Einziger, the lead guitarist of Incubus, tweeted a picture of him accompanying Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder in a recording studio. According to the tweet, they were recording strings for the new Pearl Jam record. As I adore both bands, I decided to share some of their awesomeness and make my and your Saturday way better:) Enjoy!

Kings of sound

I’ve been listening to all those amazing raspy artists for the past week and it’s time to share. Some of them are universally recognised and super famous, some are young and not that popular, but they have one thing in common and it’s their giant talent. These are my favorite performances by Kings of Leon, Ryan Bingham, Eric Clapton, Matt Corby, Michael Collings, The Heavy, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, 3 Doors Down and Noah Guthrie.  Enjoy!
